Entering the home
The walkway from the garage to the front door has no steps. There is a step and a raised threshold at the front entrance. The entrance from inside the garage also has steps. There is no step-free entrance or elevator.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Once inside, one bedroom and its full bathroom are on the first floor and can be reached without using stairs. The second bedroom and its attached full bathroom are upstairs and require the interior staircase. The home has three bathrooms in total.
The owners report no steps at the bathtub or shower, and there are no bathroom grab bars. Doorway widths, bathtub sides, shower thresholds, and bathroom maneuvering space have not been measured. This information does not establish wheelchair accessibility.
