Booking your stay

Sending an inquiry, calling, or texting does not reserve the home. When online booking is available, review your dates, guest count, fees, taxes, and total before submitting. Dates remain subject to the hosts’ final availability check across Airbnb, Vrbo, and this website, because calendar updates are not immediate.

Submitting a booking authorizes a temporary hold for the displayed stay total. Your card is charged only when the hosts approve your stay. Your reservation is confirmed after approval and successful payment, and we send a separate confirmation email. The review deadline is shown on your reservation page. If the hosts decline or the review period ends without confirmation, the hold is canceled. Your bank determines when the pending hold disappears and may display it similarly to a charge.

If payment cannot be completed, your stay is not confirmed. Your reservation page explains the next step, which may include providing another card. Please keep your personal reservation link private.

Price and house rules

The total shown at checkout includes the selected nights, cleaning, any additional-guest and pet fees, and applicable lodging tax. Review the house rules, arrival and departure times, accessibility information, and safety details before submitting. The home accommodates up to six guests. Your saved reservation includes the price and policies accepted for that stay; later changes do not replace them.

Cancellation and refunds

Your reservation page shows the exact cancellation deadlines at 3 PM Arizona time, based on your arrival date:

• Before the 30-day deadline: a full refund of the amount paid.
• From the 30-day deadline until the 15-day deadline: 50% of nightly charges, including additional-guest charges, plus the full cleaning and pet fees and the corresponding refundable tax.
• From the 15-day deadline onward: no refund under this cancellation policy, subject to rights that apply by law.

You can review the amount due back before confirming a cancellation using your personal reservation link. Canceling before host approval releases the card hold. If the hosts cancel a confirmed stay, the remaining amount paid is refunded in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. A cancellation confirmation and a refund confirmation are separate updates.

Reservations made on Airbnb or Vrbo follow the terms accepted on that platform. These terms do not limit rights that apply by law.

Property and community information

The descriptions and photographs help you explore the home and its setting. The home has two stories and an interior staircase. See our accessibility information and ask the hosts about any features important to your stay, including access to community facilities. Community facilities may have their own operating hours, rules, fees, and availability.

Photographs and website content

Photographs, text, and design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may browse the site and share links when planning a stay. Reproducing or using content commercially requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Google Maps and external links

Use of the Google Maps features on this website is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service, including the Google Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy. These Google terms are incorporated into these website terms for those features.

External websites and applications operate under their own terms. A link does not make L’HART LLC the operator of that service.

Using the site

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its contact information.

These website terms do not exclude or restrict rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling on this website. We may update these website terms as the site changes; the revision date appears above. Changes to these website terms do not themselves change an existing reservation agreement.
