to know.

How do I inquire about a stay?

Call or text PJ at (480) 395-8880, or email pjmalani@gmail.com with your dates and group size. He’ll confirm availability, pricing, and next steps directly. An inquiry does not reserve the home.

What is the layout?

The two-story home has two ensuite bedrooms, three bathrooms, and approximately 2,606 square feet. Please ask PJ about sleeping arrangements and any accessibility needs before planning your stay.

Can guests use the community amenities?

The community has golf, a pool, a hot tub, and tennis and pickleball facilities. Ask PJ to confirm guest access, seasonal availability, and any fees for your stay.

What should I confirm before booking?

PJ can confirm guest capacity, current furnishings, minimum stay, pet policy, check-in details, and cancellation terms for your dates.
