When you contact us

If you call, text, or email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details, preferred dates, and questions. This information enables the hosts to respond and discuss your stay. These communications use your chosen phone or email service.

Please do not send payment-card details, identity documents, or medical records in an initial inquiry. You can describe access requirements without sharing a diagnosis.

Reservations and payments

When you use online booking, we collect your name, email address, required contact phone number, dates, guest count, pet selection, and any message you provide. We keep the reservation total, accepted policies, status changes, and payment and refund references to arrange your stay, contact you, resolve problems, and maintain booking records.

Stripe collects card details directly through its payment fields. This website does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Stripe processes payment information under its Privacy Policy. We receive payment status and transaction references so the hosts can approve a card hold, collect an approved payment, or arrange a refund.

Resend delivers reservation updates, host notifications, and sign-in emails. We use delivery, bounce, and failure information to help resolve missing messages. See Resend’s Privacy Policy. Booking messages are used to manage your stay; submitting a reservation does not subscribe you to marketing.

We import blocked dates from Airbnb and Vrbo to check availability. Imported calendar records omit guest names and reservation descriptions. The private calendar shared with those platforms contains date blocks without guest contact details.

Website delivery and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and booking database. Delivering and securing the service involves processing technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and request times. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies for security. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

The site uses temporary browser storage to help recover an interrupted checkout and a session cookie for host sign-in. Private reservation links allow access to the associated stay and should not be shared. Authorized hosts can view booking information; host sign-in uses verification emails and, where required, a passkey. Passkeys use a device-held credential; this site does not receive your fingerprint or face scan.

We have not installed advertising pixels or a separate visitor-analytics service. We do not use reservation details to create advertising profiles.

Google Maps

The property location and Mi Amoré Sedona pages include interactive Google Maps. When the map loads or you interact with it, your browser connects to Google and sends technical information, including your IP address. Google may process cookies, device information, and usage information under the Google Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this policy for the Google Maps features.

Your browser settings let you manage cookies and site permissions. Restricting third-party services may affect the map. The property and shop addresses and directions links are also available outside the maps.

External services

Links may open Google Maps, your email or messaging app, or another website. Those services handle information under their own policies. Phone and email providers also process communications sent through their services.

Guest records

The owners and management company can access guest contact details and booking records. They keep these records on the short-term rental platforms and in secure cloud drives. The owners’ stated retention period is three years. They review records for deletion after that period, except where longer retention is needed for accounting, legal obligations, a dispute, or an ongoing reservation. Financial booking records are not automatically deleted when a stay ends; expired sign-in credentials are removed separately. Service providers process information as described elsewhere in this policy and under their own policies.

Your information and choices

You can browse the property photographs without submitting an inquiry. For questions about information you have shared with the hosts, including who can access it, how long it is kept, or a request to access, correct, or delete it, contact PJ at pjmalani@gmail.com. Any rights that apply depend on the law governing your request; some records may need to be retained for legal or reservation-related reasons.

This policy covers the website and its reservation features when available. We update this policy when information handling changes. The date above identifies the latest revision.
